Health Hacks 2020 Next session begins in April!

This is not another “diet” or exercise challenge.  This is more like a wellness reboot!  We will explore the stories you tell yourself about food, activity, time, stress, sleep and fun that keep you trapped in the same behaviors.

What’s included?

  • 30 minute individual welcome session in person or by phone.  An opportunity to get your questions answered, get to know more about me and make sure this program is a good fit for you.
  • Nine weekly 60 minute sessions ( either group or individual).  We will areas of wellness such as; food, activity, stress, sleep and joy. You decide which areas you want to work on.
  • Nine mid-week coaching calls to help you process what you learn and move forward.
  • Lots of strategies to help you begin to make lasting changes in your health.
  • Resources to dive deeper into topics that interest you.
  • Optional follow-up sessions when the program ends.
  • Small group options Next session begins in April!

    Total investment: 3 monthly payments of $120 or 1 payment of $270 ( 25% savings!).

Gut Sense begins March 30th!

Living with constant bloating, gas, constipation or have you been diagnosed with IBS?   This group will take you on a deep dive into your GI system.  Learn how to identify possible triggers and explore a variety of strategies for managing your symptoms.

What’s included?

  • 30 minute individual welcome session in person or by phone.  An opportunity to get your questions answered, get to know more about me and make sure this program is a good fit for you.
  • Three weekly 60 minute sessions ( either group or individual).  We will explore how your body digests foods, introduce you to the “Bristol stool scale”, the impact of fiber, fluids, lactose, gluten, fat, stress and activity on your gut.
  • Three mid-week coaching calls to help you process what you learn and move forward.
  • Lots of strategies to help you find ways to manage your symptoms.
  • Resources to dive deeper into topics that interest you.
  • Optional follow-up sessions when the program ends.
  • Small group options begin 3/30/20 10-11 am or 3/31/20 5-6:00 pm

    Total investment: Pay 3 weekly payments of $40 or 1 payment of $108 (10% savings).
