We All Have Stories
I am a Registered Dietitian & Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach ready to walk beside you on your health & wellness path.
I have been practicing dietetics in Maine for over 25 years in a wide variety of settings. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients from all walks of life. My approach has become one that focuses on foods to eat instead of making mealtime a math equation, listening not lecturing and coaching skills to help you get out of your own way. I enjoy translating the science of nutrition into foods you put on your plate and helping you learn to tame the frenzy in your brain to make room for real behavior change. I love it when a client leaves the office feeling hopeful and returns with excitement that small steps really do add up to make big change!
My credentials:
- Licensed Dietitian – State of Maine
- Registered Dietitian – Commission of Dietetic Registration
- National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach – National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches
- Certified Health and Wellness Coach – Wellcoaches

What is Your Tendency?
Gretchen Rubin is an author who writes about happiness and habit change. I love to listen to her podcast Happier with Gretchen Rubin when I commute. Here is how Gretchen describes one of her favorite ways to help us make a change.
“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, or not to anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.”
