Health Coaching

You have lots of information but “nothing works”. Health coaching can help you get out of your own way through strategies to identify what is holding you back to begin to develop a new mindset.


Does my insurance cover these services?  Yes, in many cases!  Nutrition counseling ( sometimes referred to Medical Nutrition Therapy) is covered by most major insurance companies.  Health coaching is not a covered benefit at this time.
